creating your dream renovation. Our process begins with scheduling a meeting where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team. In this initial consultation, we will discuss the scope of the works required and
how feasible the required work is.
We personally visit your property to gain a thorough understanding of the space. This enables us to accurately estimate the costs involved and provide you with a detailed initial quotation and scope of works for the build.

After the initial quote has been reviewed and accepted by the client, we can
begin the design process. This is the stage where all designs, plans,
specifications and scope of works will be finalised for the building contract
to be complete.
Our team will draw final plans for the job whilst the customer with the
professional assistance of our team will make selections of required Prime
Cost Items (PC items) for example, bath, taps, mirrors etc, through our
trusted suppliers.
If any changes in the original design or scope of works have been made
during this process our team will update all necessary documents for review.
Once all tedious details are confirmed and accepted by both parties, we can
complete the building contract and begin the building process.
The installation stage is where the client can now relax and let the team
at RENOVATION HAVEN do what we do best, BUILD! Before we begin
construction a comprehensive work schedule will be made by our team
which will be followed accordingly, we will ensure that all materials,
items and subcontractors are organised prior to commencement of
construction to ensure the smoothest process possible.

team at RENOVATION HAVEN go above and beyond by providing a 10
YEAR WARRANTY on all building works, materials and waterproofing!
Which is well above industry standards. In the unlikely case of a
warranty claim, simply contact us and we will take care of it!
Post construction check up calls will also be done by our team post
construction to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
